ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Timely pick-up and delivery of cargo within assigned territory.
- Customer follow-up for expansion of business.
- Customer relationship management.
- Business Lead generation.
REWARDS
- 8% to 10% of freight as commission for pick-up.
- Rs. 1 to 1.50 per kg as commission for deliveries.
- Extra payment for ODA location pick-up / delivery.
- Minimum guaranteed amount for the First 3 months.
- No need to hunt for cargo anymore, as you work exclusively for our company.
- Possibility of upgradation to a Franchisee level, based on your performance.
SELECTION CRITERIA
- Education level must be at least 10th std (duly passed).
- Ability to read and write English / Hindi and Local Language.
- Possession of PAN, Aadhar and Bank Account.
- 2 local reference guarantors.
