ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Timely pick-up and delivery of cargo within assigned territory.
  • Customer follow-up for expansion of business.
  • Customer relationship management.
  • Business Lead generation.

REWARDS

  • 8% to 10% of freight as commission for pick-up.
  • Rs. 1 to 1.50 per kg as commission for deliveries.
  • Extra payment for ODA location pick-up / delivery.
  • Minimum guaranteed amount for the First 3 months.
  • No need to hunt for cargo anymore, as you work exclusively for our company.
  • Possibility of upgradation to a Franchisee level, based on your performance.

SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Education level must be at least 10th std (duly passed).
  • Ability to read and write English / Hindi and Local Language.
  • Possession of PAN, Aadhar and Bank Account.
  • 2 local reference guarantors.
